Return Policy

Growrica wants you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you're dissatisfied with or have a problem with the bottoms product you received, you can request a return within the specified period. We will provide you with fair and convenient return services.
Return Request Period
You can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your package. Orders returned after 30 days are not accepted (except for quality issues, which require relevant documentation).
Return requests must be submitted through "My Orders" in your Growrica account or by emailing service@growrica.com (specifying "Return" and your order number). Return requests cannot be submitted offline.
Return Eligibility
To apply for a return, the following conditions must be met:The product must be unworn, unwashed, or uncut, with the tag and packaging intact (no damage or stains), ensuring it is not resaleable.
If the product does not have quality issues (such as holes, fraying, or incorrect size), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the issue is due to quality issues or a shipping error on our part (such as the wrong style or color), Growrica will cover the return shipping costs (photos of the product issue are required as proof).Custom bottoms (such as special sizes or exclusive prints) are not currently returnable. Please carefully confirm your needs before placing an order.
Return Process
Submitting a Request: Log in to your account, find the corresponding order, click "Request Return," fill in the "Return Reason, Return Quantity, Contact Information," and upload photos of the product in its current condition (if there are any quality issues, please focus on the affected area).
Review and Confirmation: We will review your request within 1-2 business days. Once approved, we will send you the "Return Address and Return Instructions."
Returning the Product: Please package and return the product within 7 days of receiving the return address (original packaging is recommended, with a note indicating the order number and returner information). Please retain the tracking number.
Receipt Confirmation and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the product within 3-5 business days. Once we confirm that it meets the return requirements, we will refund the money back to your payment account through the original method. (Refund processing time is subject to the payment platform's policies and is generally 3-7 business days.) 
Returns are not accepted
The product has been worn, washed, damaged, or the tag/packaging is missing, preventing resale
The 30-day return period has expired without a valid reason
The product is returned directly due to personal reasons (such as choosing the wrong size or not liking the color) without following the required return procedures
Gifts and samples (if any) must be returned separately
