Shipping Waiver Policy
All orders placed on growrica.com with a total value of $39.99 or more automatically receive free shipping (you can choose any shipping method, with no additional shipping fees).
Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual order amount (excluding coupons and discounts). Once an order is placed, the system will automatically determine whether you qualify for free shipping, and the waiver amount will be displayed in real time. Shipping Information
After successful payment, we'll ship your order within 1-2 business days. After shipment, you can view the tracking number and real-time shipping status in "My Orders."
Currently, our shipping service covers shipping within the United States and does not support international shipping. Any future service upgrades will be announced on our official website.
Special Scenario Instructions
Delivery to Remote Areas: Due to the numerous logistics transit points, standard delivery times may be extended by 1-2 business days for shipments to remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and VIP delivery times may be extended by 1 business day. Shipping fees remain the same as above, subject to the actual arrangements of the logistics provider.
Holiday Logistics Adjustments: During US public holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Independence Day), logistics providers may suspend or delay delivery. We will post a "Holiday Logistics Notice" on our website 3-5 days in advance to clearly inform you of any delivery adjustments and order cut-off times. We recommend that you time your order accordingly to avoid delays.
Package Receipt and Verification: Upon receipt, please verify the package quantity, style, and any damage (such as torn packaging or product stains). If any issues are found, you may refuse to accept the package and contact customer service immediately. If any issues are discovered after signing for the package, you must provide proof of receipt and photos of the product within 24 hours so we can assist you.
